You'll need to have Adobe Acrobat, at least Version 3.0, to be able to view these PDFs. The latest version of Acrobat Viewer can be downloaded at no cost from Adobe Systems Inc. at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/. There is a direct link to this Adobe site from the aforementioned ACM site.
In order to access the full text files, subscribers must obtain a free username and password. Instructions for these can be found at http://www.acm.org/dl/.
